‘Fantastic’ 47-year-old manager should be in charge of Chelsea before Fulham game on Saturday

Reports suggest that Graham Potter could be named the next Chelsea manager before their next Premier League fixture this weekend.

According to Mail Online, the current Brighton boss is set to be offered the job today, with there being no indications that he’ll decline the role.

Todd Boehly made the sensational and cut-throat decision to sack Thomas Tuchel less than 24 hours ago,, following his 100th game in charge.

That fixture ended up being one of his worst losses as Chelsea head coach, with them suffering a 1-0 loss in the Champions League at the hands of Dinamo Zagreb.

The new owners have seemingly settled on Potter to become their next man in charge, with them approaching the Seagulls yesterday to speak to the 47-year-old.
